Terms of Service

Last updated October 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Moffy, including getmoffy.com and its related applications, features and services (collectively, the “Service”).

Moffy is provided by Hasule Inc., doing business as Moffeus (“Moffy,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Moffy on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep it reasonably current and protect your account and access credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

You must be at least 16 to use Moffy directly. If you are under 18 or the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must have their own account, agree to these Terms and complete our supported approval process before you use Moffy. Parents and legal guardians may maintain parent-operated managed profiles for children under 16, but those profiles do not authorize the children to access or use Moffy directly.

Where Moffy supports creating or managing an account for another person, you must have the authority to do so. You are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consent. Managing an account does not give you rights to another person’s information beyond the permissions available through the Service and applicable law.

Account management, access and any later transfer of control are subject to our supported processes. A household or other relationship does not, by itself, give every member access to everyone else’s account or information.

2. AI assistance and connected services

Moffy uses artificial intelligence to provide assistance and take actions on your behalf. You authorize us to use the information, accounts and access you provide to carry out your instructions, including reasonable steps needed to complete authorized tasks. Standing instructions may authorize ongoing or repeated actions without separate confirmation each time. Authority remains limited by your instructions, permissions and applicable law; connecting an account does not authorize every action available through it.

You must have the rights, consent and legal authority needed for the information, access and instructions you provide, including when acting for someone else. Authorized actions, including agreements or documents signed or submitted at your direction, may create binding obligations for you. You are responsible for reviewing requested confirmations and exercising judgment appropriate to the consequences. Permission to use Moffy does not override legal age restrictions or other requirements.

You can change instructions, withdraw permissions or disconnect supported services through the available controls. These changes may not stop actions already accepted by another service or reverse completed actions. You may need to contact that service to cancel or correct them. Disconnecting a service does not automatically delete information previously used in Moffy.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies and requirements, which you are responsible for following. We do not control their availability, decisions or information. Changes or restrictions in those services may affect what Moffy can do.

Moffy may misunderstand instructions, make errors or provide inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable results. Review important information and actions before relying on them. Moffy is not an emergency service or a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

3. Your content

“Your Content” includes information, messages, files and other material you provide to Moffy or authorize it to access.

You retain your rights in Your Content. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, transmit and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to provide, personalize, maintain and secure the Service, carry out your instructions and comply with law. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own content generated specifically for you through the Service, excluding our underlying technology and any third-party material. We assign to you any rights we may have in that generated content.

Generated content may not be unique, and similar content may be provided to other users. We do not guarantee that generated content qualifies for intellectual property protection or is free of third-party rights.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide Your Content and for material you direct Moffy to create, publish, host or distribute. We may remove or restrict access to hosted or shared material where reasonably necessary to address infringement, abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

4. Sharing and working with others

Moffy may let you share content, collaborate with others or authorize assistance involving other people.

The audience and permissions you choose determine how supported sharing features work. Content shared through a public or accessible link may be viewed by anyone who obtains that link. People who receive content may retain copies outside the Service.

Changing sharing settings or deleting content may prevent future access through Moffy, but it cannot necessarily recall copies, messages or files already received by others.

Connecting with someone, joining a household or participating in shared work does not automatically make all of your information available to that person or group. Access remains subject to the permissions and features involved.

You must not share another person’s confidential or personal information without appropriate authority.

5. Subscriptions, credits and payments

Some features require a paid subscription, usage credits or other payment. Applicable prices, allowances, billing periods and material conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until canceled. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for agreed fees and applicable taxes.

You can cancel through the billing controls or the subscription provider you used. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period unless the applicable offer states otherwise.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods or unused credits. Nothing in these Terms limits refunds or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Credits are units used within the Service. They are not money, a bank balance or a fixed entitlement to a particular amount of underlying computing resources. Different activities may consume different amounts of credits.

Credit allowances, consumption rates, expiration and rollover rules are governed by the information provided with your plan or purchase. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred except where we expressly permit it or law requires it.

We may change prices, plans or usage rates prospectively. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain any consent required by law. Changes will not retroactively alter charges already incurred.

Purchases, bookings and other transactions Moffy helps you make with third parties are separate from your Moffy subscription. You are responsible for authorized third-party charges, and the relevant provider’s terms govern fulfillment, cancellations and refunds. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we facilitate these transactions and are not the seller, the third-party service provider or a party to the resulting agreement.

6. Messaging

When you choose to interact with Moffy through messaging or provide a number for service communications, you agree to receive messages related to your use of the Service, consistent with your settings and applicable consent requirements.

Message frequency varies with your activity and the assistance you request. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Messaging availability and delivery are subject to carriers and other providers.

To request that service messages stop, or for messaging support, contact support@moffeus.com. You can also follow any opt-out instructions provided with a message. Stopping messages may prevent Moffy from delivering updates through that channel; it does not by itself cancel a subscription or reverse work already completed.

Providing another person’s phone number or email address does not establish their consent to receive messages from Moffy. Any promotional communications are subject to separate consent where required.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Moffy to:

  • Violate law or the rights of another person.
  • Commit fraud, deceive others about your identity or authority, or obtain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
  • Harass, exploit or abuse others, or distribute unlawful content.
  • Send spam or other communications without required permission.
  • Introduce malicious software, disrupt the Service or interfere with its security.
  • Circumvent access restrictions, usage limits or safeguards.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights or improperly disclose confidential information.
  • Resell or commercially redistribute access to the Service without our permission.

These restrictions also apply when asking Moffy to act on your behalf. We may decline or stop requests that violate these Terms, exceed available permissions or cannot be supported.

8. Our rights in the Service

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, designs, branding and underlying technology. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Service for its intended purposes. You may not copy, sell, sublicense or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law permits it.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of unrelated content or personal information you provide.

9. Availability and changes

We work to make Moffy useful and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful completion of every task.

Features may change, become unavailable or depend on third-party services. We may introduce limits, modify features or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and any remedy required by law.

Do not rely on Moffy as your only record of information you cannot afford to lose. Keep appropriate copies of important files and records.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Moffy and request account deletion through the available controls or by contacting us.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due or misuse the Service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, unless doing so would create risk or be prohibited by law.

Ending access may stop pending work, disable shared links and remove access to hosted content. It does not automatically cancel transactions, messages or commitments already made through third-party services.

Retention and deletion of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, liability limitations and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service or its outputs will always be accurate, secure, uninterrupted or error-free, or that a requested action will produce a particular outcome.

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, officers, employees or suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the total fees you paid us for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring claims in courts available to you under applicable law.

Before bringing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Terms and effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before a change takes effect. Otherwise, continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.

15. General terms

These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly presented for a particular feature or purchase, form the agreement between you and us concerning Moffy. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, they control only for the feature or purchase they expressly cover.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, except through a supported account-transfer process. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
